Frequently Asked Questions
Cabinet lead times vary by manufacturer. Stock cabinets take 1-2 weeks, while semi-custom cabinetry can take anywhere from 5-7 weeks. Custom cabinets require the longest lead time, at 6-8 weeks.
Upon ordering, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance is due prior to delivery. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.
You will need to have a designated area where you would like the cabinets placed. Please provide a clear path to the designated area. Some of the boxes can be quite large, so adequate space is needed. If the area has a finished floor, we suggest putting down a protective layer.
During inclement weather, please ensure the driveway and walkway are free of snow and ice. Remove any potentially hazardous obstacles from the driveway, walkway and doorways.
Please secure all pets during the delivery process.
Cabinets are delivered in cardboard boxes. We are not responsible for disposal of these boxes. Pick up and disposal can be arranged for a fee. Please inquire if you are interested.
If we are not supplying the hardware, please have it onsite at the time of installation.
Sink, faucet, and appliances must be onsite for countertop template.
The time frame of your kitchen remodel will depend on whether you are simply replacing the existing footprint or significantly changing it. Replacement projects average 4-8 weeks for a moderate sized kitchen. Projects that involve a larger space, wall removals, structural changes, and reconfiguration of the floor plan take longer.
Warranties vary by manufacturer. Each offer limited warranties under normal residential use. For specific warranty information, you may check our manufacturers’ websites or inquire with our designers.
